Your premise depends largely on the fallacy that a human-induced change in a compound (CO2) that comprises 0.04% (400 ppm) of Earth’s atmosphere will have any effect on Earth’s climate. Contrast 0.04% with O2 Oxygen’s 19% (190,000 ppm) or N2 Nitrogen’s 79% (790,000 ppm), or with the varying percentage of water vapor (H2O). Why fixate on next to nothing?
